What comes with it?

1. 1-hour initial consult call
   • Confusion about the future, your prognosis, and direction needed to take is extremely common for someone with a neurological injury. I will address these as thoroughly as possible. Encouragement in your situation is vital: nearly all people have opportunities to improve and this will be strongly explained.
2. Personalized exercise program
   • Catered to you and only you. It will be as extensive or condensed as needed in order for you to be successful. (BONUS: also includes specific information about how neurorecovery is extremely different from traditional training or exercising)
3. Direction for external resources
   • "Do I need a brace? Assistive device? What kind? (Yes, there is a best choice). What specialist should I see? What about the questions I don't even know to ask?" - These are a few examples of common questions I get. I will be able to give you my best recommendations from 10 years of experience.
4. Weekly scheduled check-ins/updates for 30 days
   • When you start improving you will want upgrades to your program. Or you may have questions for new developments you're experiencing. Weekly check-ins will give ongoing consultation for 30 days to grow as you grow.
